  1. Edible Flower Cookies

Ingredients:

Produce

  • 1 Freeze-dried and/or dried fruits
  • 1 tsp Lavender, coarsely ground dried

Refrigerated

  • 3 Egg whites, large

Baking & Spices

  • 2 1/2 cups all- purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup rice flour

Dairy

  • 1 3/8 cup unsalted butter

Other

  • One 3⅛ diameter and one 1¼” diameter fluted cutter

2. Green Salad with Edible Flower

Ingredients:

Produce

  • 5 1/2 oz baby salad greens, tender

Condiments

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Baking & spices

  • 1 Salt and freshly ground pepper, coarse

Oils & vinegar

  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp red-wine vinegar

Other

  • 1 package (50-count) unsprayed violas (small pansies) or other edible flowers

3. Flower Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • Popsicle mold
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Coconut water, lemonade or any other lightly-colored juice or tea
  • Edible flowers or herbs

4. Pineapple Lime Sangria Spritzers

Ingredients (serve 6-8)

  • 1 750 mL bottle of Seven Daughters Moscatto
  • 1 whole organic pineapple
  • 3/4 cup of pineapple juice
  • 2 cups of lemon lime soda
  • 3 fresh organic limes

Instructions

  • Start by coring and slicing in half, cutting 1/2 the pineapple into 1/4 inch slices and the other half into larger slices for garnish. Then, slice 2 to 3 limes into thin(ish) slices. Add pineapple and limes into larger pitcher.
  • Pour in pineapple juice, then add bottle of Seven Daughters Moscato, and the juice of 1 fresh lime. Chill for 2-4 hours.
  • When ready to serve, pour over ice, add a splash of lemon lime soda to each glass and use extra pineapple and lime slices to garnish, along with edible flowers.

  • 1 tbsp Loose leaf earl grey tea

Baking & spices

  • 1/4 cup 35 grams white chocolate
  • 28 g Granulated sugar

Bread & baked goods

  • 6 Tart shells, pre-baked

Dairy

  • 250 ml 2% milk
  • 125 ml 35% cream

Desserts

  • 1 1/4 tsp Knox gelatin powder

  • Lavender and mint
  • Flower petals + mint
  • Blood orange juice cubes
  • Thyme + rosemary + basil
  • Kiwi + strawberry
  • Lime + lemon zest
